Are you curious about whether entheogens/psychedelics have something to offer you? Are you looking for a safe introduction? Or do you have a clear therapeutic, personal or spiritual purpose for your psychedelic exploration?
We will guide you safely through any, or all, of the four phases of the psychedelic session to help you achieve your desired outcome.
Preparation
Here we identify what you are looking for in the experience, where you are coming from and whether there is anything you need to do before turning to entheogens. The more preparation you do, the further you can usually go in your session.
Planning
Next we plan the experience together. Here you will gain in-depth knowledge on how to create an appropriate and safe context that is in line with your intention. We also talk about how best to navigate the experience and appropriate safety procedures to have in place.
Sessions/Ceremony
You choose if you want to approach the experience by yourself or together with someone on our team. If you want to do it with us, you choose whether you want to approach the experience with or without a shamanic ceremonial framework, if you only want a sitter, or if you want us to lead the session/ceremony.
Integration
In the subsequent integration phase, we will guide you in extracting the insights from the experience and identifying how you can put them into action in your life. We will continue to work with you for as long as you need to make sure that you have time to land properly and make use of what has come to you.

We offer inspirational personal talks, as well as educational and informative ones.
LSD Saved My Life
Daniel Wilby open-heartedly shares his inspirational journey with entheogens/psychedelics, which begins with him unexpectedly healing from alcoholism during his first encounter with LSD. Personal stories of the therapeutic and spiritual potential of entheogens are intertwined with practical tools for personal and spiritual growth. The talk can be tailored to specific interests of the audience and can also serve as a starting point for a deeper discussion.
The Psychedelic Wayfinder
With the book The Psychedelic Wayfinder as a starting point, Daniel Wilby and Tindra Silverräv have a profound conversation about some of the subjects brought up in the book. If it is welcome, we gladly invite the audience to be part of the conversation.
Working with Entheogens
We talk about the four phases of a psychedelic session/ceremony (preparation, planning, session/ceremony, and integration) and how to approach them in a way that ensures that you have a safe and meaningful experience. One hour is the bare minimum for a quick overview and 15 minute Q&A. We are happy to tailor the talk to any length up to a full day, and to also include exercises and coaching.

Plan Your Psychedelic Journey
Three day masterclass and retreat 6-8 September This course equips you with all the tools you need to plan a safe and meaningful psychedelic experience for yourself and friends. By the end of the course you will have adequate knowledge about the four phases of a psychedelic session/ceremony (preparation, planning, session/ceremony, and integration) and will have worked out a personal plan for your journey. Besides talks and sharing circles, you will also have personal coaching time, ensuring that you come home with a plan that works for you. The course is held without illegal mind-altering substances, but includes a cacao ceremony and psychedelic role play, which is meant to mildly mimic a psychedelic session. In this session we will visit some of the more challenging situations that can arise, and also provide tools to handle them. We hold this retreat close to the beautiful nature of Southern Sweden and include contact with nature in the course.

The main teacher of the course is Daniel Wilby, shaman in the service of the sacred mushroom, and nature therapist. He is assisted by Tindra Silverräv, psychedelic wayfinder and integration coach.
If you wish to invite us to hold this or a similar course, we are happy to collaborate.
Sessions / Ceremonies
We only offer legal sessions and ceremonies. What medicines we can work with, and in what way, differs from country to country. We are currently looking for collaborations in countries where mushrooms containing psilocybin are legal.
Sitter
We are happy to be sober and hold space for you as you embark on your own psychedelic journey. In this case you are responsible for your medicine and for arranging a safe space.
Session / Ceremony
We are equally happy to hold sessions or ceremonies where we embark on the psychedelic journey together. We find that journeying together is preferable when doing therapeutic, spiritual or visionary work. In this case we need to work out what the legal boundaries are and what space can be arranged for it. How big a group we can work with depends on the work we will be doing. The deeper or more challenging the work, the smaller the group must be. We work within a therapeutic and/or shamanic framework.
Psychedelic Mentorship
We are also happy to work with individuals, groups of people or communities that wish to explore entheogens, but feel the need for mentorship on their way to developing their own practice. In this capacity we only work with people who are dedicated to their journey to heal and grow.
Integration Circles
Integration is the art of taking the insights gained from your encounter with the entheogen and putting them to work in your everyday life.
Integration Circle Skåne (Sweden)
The Integration Circle is a near monthly physical sharing circle that gets together with the intention of integrating psychedelic experiences, reaching deeper insight, healing, growing and bringing about lasting positive change in the participants lives. The circle emphasises responsible self-exploration and is open to people who have personal experience with entheogens.
